Doing it right on the production lineEvery company says they provide superior customer service. Few actually deliver. At Royal Food Products, we are different. We go above and beyond the norm because to us, servicing you, our customer, is core to our success.

Our customer service department understands they work for you. They approach each activity from the customer's point of view, asking: "What would I want done if this happened to me."

This philosophy has developed into a document we call our "Customer Bill of Rights." Read more about it here.

We work hard to deliver on our promises. Our goal is a 100 percent fill rate. While difficult for many manufacturers to achieve, we are proud our rate is currently running at 99.8 percent.
